Deposit / Fees:

Level One Care Package Includes:

• Private unfurnished 1 & 2 bedroom apartments include kitchen, refrig, stove, microwave and window blinds
• Individual heating
• Three delicious and nutritious meals per day
• Twice daily snacks
• All utilities (except telephone)
• Cable TV and wireless internet
• Daily social activities and events
• 24 hour emergency call light monitoring
• Initial & periodic nursing assessment
• Monthly weight & blood pressure checks
• Service plan creation & monitoring
• Trained staff available 24 hours/day
• Laundry service - 1 basket wkly/person
• Light housekeeping - weekly
• Scheduled transportation - 12 local trips/mo (advanced notice required)
• On-site chapel services
• On-site parking space
• Personal mail box
• General maintenance, grounds service
• Haircut - 1 every 6 weeks
• Garbage collection as needed
• Medical appt scheduling asst.
• Assist with insurance paperwork
• Daily personal morning and night reassurance checks

Level Two Care Package Includes:
All items in Level One plus the following services (if requested):

• Medication set-up assistance (must be able to self-administer)
• Shower/Bathing assistance up to three times/wk
• Personal Assitance twice daily, basic
• Additional laundry service up to 5 baskets per week
• Daily personal morning and night reassurance checks
• Bi-weekly vitals checks
• Oxygen assistance (must be able to independently manage)
• Beautician service asst.

Other Amenities (available on a fee/use basis with 15 minute min.)
